License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not include any rights to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the App.

User Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Use the App for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
• Circumvent any security measures, access controls, or technological protection measures
• Use the App to transmit harmful, malicious, or unlawful content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the App

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

• Any content you cast, stream, or display using the App
• Ensuring you have proper rights, licenses, and permissions for the content you cast
• Complying with all applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws
• Any consequences arising from unauthorized content transmission

Device Compatibility

The App's functionality depends on your device's capabilities, operating system, and network environment. We do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, operating systems, networks, or third-party services. Performance may vary based on hardware specifications and network conditions.

Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Update, modify, or improve the App automatically or with your consent
• Add, modify, or discontinue features or services at any time
• Change these Terms with reasonable notice to users
• Suspend or terminate the App for maintenance or other reasons

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will meet all your requirements or expectations
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• Results from using the App will be accurate, complete, or reliable
• Any errors or defects in the App will be corrected
• The App will be compatible with all devices or networks

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the App
• Any content obtained from the App
• Any other matter relating to the App

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CastFlow-Smart, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CastFlow-Smart regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
